Avatar Generation is a mobile turn-based strategy game based in the universe of the iconic Avatar: The Last Airbender franchise.
My role as Game Writer involved:

Original Characters
These original characters I concepted and have been added to the official cannon of the Avatar: The Last Airbender IP. Note that I did not create the art for these characters. I created their concept, personality, background, and wrote most of their dialogue up until August, 2023.
Archaeologist
Wen
Wen is an adventurous and scholarly non-bender. They are a frequent quest giver and the first non-binary character to make an appearance in A:TLA.
"Problems prove the authenticity of an adventure!"
Pirate Captain
Kiwaq
Kiwaq is a strong and cunning pirate captain who valued the freedom of her criminal life and the chance of quick riches above all else. She took pride in her lifestyle, considering honest work a form of badly paid exploitation by the upper classes.
"All the wealth in this hideout was acquired by my ancestors. Earned by their blades, not by blind obedience to pompous lords and ladies."
Fire Nation Captain
Masaru
Masaru is a paragon on the wrong side of a great war. He is blinded by his belief that this war persists only because of greedy Earth Kingdom nobles who'd rather sacrifice their people instead relinquishing their lands.
"This fight is a farce! Our victory is inevitable! Why can't you see that? [...] You are a fool, Boqin! You only prolong the suffering of your people! [...] If you will not end this cycle, then it's my duty to end it for you."

Boqin
Boqin is a proud and stubborn man, who tends to make swift assumptions and take even swifter action. Despite this tendency he is not above admitting when he was wrong.
"I can't believe I'm saying this to a bunch of kids, but... thank you. I underestimated you, just like our enemies did to us! Ugh, despicable. You lot clearly aren't Earth Kingdom, and yet you defended us. For that you have my utmost respect and gratitude."
